It's simply inconceivable to have to wait of the patience of waiting weeks or months when waiting for a product or service. I mean that the bar has been raised so high and we've gotten so spoiled and our assumptions so suddenly and deeply that for anything to operate less fast or intuitively or efficiently than Amazon, Google, Uber, Facebook, Netflix, Airbnb, it's a death knell for companies, and they can't escape it.
