On the next municipal equation. We have evolved so rapidly in the last ten years or so in technology
in every field, but certainly in law enforcement as well. A special focus on police and public safety issues. So, you know, we appreciate the ideas that the public brings forward. It's great to work in a community where where people are are free and comfortable to do that. Trust, technology,
a changing conversation,
and some news you can definitely use. Today's topic in the classroom was about workplace violence, and we also, took it to the next level, and that is how to respond to an active shooter threat. When we talk about policies and procedures, it's one thing to have them in writing. It's another thing to know that they're actually being acted on. That's on the next Municipal Equation from the North Carolina League of Municipalities.
