Here's a preview of the next episode of Municipal Equation. So we had struggled with just getting quality
candidates. We just were not getting the amount that we had had in the past. We were doing all the same things, but the candidate pool was becoming less and less and less.
That's not just any old HR boss. That's an assistant chief of police. Law enforcement agencies around the country are having a heck of a time recruiting qualified people to be cops. You know, desirability, pay, the scrutiny from the outside. If we're talking about start from scratch careers, it doesn't feel like the best time to wanna wear a police badge, except we found one department that's turned things around, now essentially has a backlog of qualified people who wanna work specifically for that police agency.
