            "transcript": "Here's a preview of the next municipal equation where we're gonna talk a little bit about this whole urban versus rural thing and what it really means right now. You know, over the past year, we've heard a lot of urban versus rural. There tends to be, just tension. The bottom line really is that urban versus rural can be a useful generalization in some cases, but it really doesn't tell us much about the economic capacity of a place. We have an opportunity to know each other better. Looking at the spectrum that exists between the rural and urban and then to a real live effort that's actually connecting them and creating a better appreciation for their actual identities, cultures, economies, and common interests.
